Why has the option wifi preferred in wifi calling recently disappeared on my Samsung S23 ultra? I queried with Samsung and they say my operator has stopped it?

Samsung are correct,
Unfortunately, this preferred option in Wi-Fi Calling is a network carrier settings, which is not supported on the iD Mobile network.Â

On the other-hand, my spouse also has a Galaxy S10, but with a EE SIM card, and their network allows you to prefer Wi-Fi Calling in the network settings.Â
