How to update your Billing Address.
Moved house? It’s important to keep your billing address up to date to ensure your payments go through smoothly. Remember to update your bank details too, so they match.
To update your address in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap View your plans.

- Tap the green pencil icon on the plan you’d like to edit.

- Tap the green pencil icon in the Billing address section.

- Enter your new address details and tap Save.

- We'll text you an 8-digit security code. Enter this code into the app.

- Tap Done.

I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. What should I do?
