5th day and still no contact or resolving complaint, I would like to know how this is being sorted please

You will have to follow the complaints route and wait for the outcome.


Is it not necessary to contact your customer and keep them informed of what action is being taken regarding issues and complaint made against the service?

@Tyler Can you please let me know how you have responded to my complaint? All communication now must be done in writing. I can see you have responded to my message, I am still waiting to hear about my concerns raised in complaint on almost daily basis.

@Natalie W I would but perhaps this is better which shows how many times I have contacted you to and there is still no resolution to my complaint.
