I contacted ID mobile in 2022 and 2023 regarding a fraudulent account in my name. I have followed the requested steps and registered the incident with Acton Fraud and sent the reference numbers to you twice. It has been brought to my attention that the account remains on my credit file. Please could you tell me how I go about getting this issue resolved as quickly as possible
