Hello I’m a victim of fraud, I have been sent a letter saying I need to pay your £29.99 and I have never made an account with ID MOBILE the account number is { REMOVED } 

this is not my account I don’t know how my name and address is on it. 

my phone number is { REMOVED } 

email is { REMOVED }

My Crime reference number is NFRC250507380654 

I can’t stress this enough this is not me and I can prove it is not as I never made a payment
