Hi I’ve recived a letter for my son saying he owes £89.98 for this company 

he doesn’t have a phone line I pay for it 

they said it’s from this company and owes this or they will take it to a debt agency 

can you help please as he doesn’t have a contract with this company I’ve reported this to the action fraud

    I’m a little confused, do they have a plan in their name or not? You mention you pay for it, is it in your name?
