How do I access the live chat?

Simply go to LIVE CHAT page; simples. Start by clicking HELP icon at top of page!

You can access iD Mobile Live Chat by following these steps:

 

💬 Direct access:

👉 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

 

📲 How to use it:

  1. Open the link above
  2. Scroll down the page
  3. Click “Chat now” (you may need to accept cookies if prompted)
  4. Enter your details and start the chat
  5. You’ll then be connected to an advisor


⏱️ Availability:

Live Chat is usually available during published customer service hours, and if it’s outside those times, the chat button may appear as “offline” until agents are available.

 

If you’re having trouble loading it, try:

  • Incognito/private browser window
  • Switching browser (Chrome/Edge recommended)
  • Turning off VPN/ad blockers

Hi,

I am new to ID Mobile, I just purchased a SIM deal with a 12 month contract and I want to keep my number. I gave the PAC Number a few minutes ago to ID Mobile. I just want to make sure everything is alright.
