Need to blacklist stolen phone using IMEI not phone number, as my phone number has been transferred to a new SIM in new phone

I need to blacklist my stolen phone. When I use chat or call the help number they ask for my phone number to blacklist the phone associated with it… but that is now my replacement phone with replacement SIM.So, I need to blacklist the stolen phone using it’s IMEI, not the phone number, but I cannot find anywhere to do this. Help!! Many thanks
