I need to raise a complaint about the Complaints department make a total mess of my new mobile phone contract that has not be cancelled
Sales are now trying to offer me a deal that is worse than what I was on so not a deal at all
It serm that nobody at ID Mobile knows what the hell they are doing
The worst customer service Ive ever had from any company Ive known
I was told my phone would be exchanged for the correct one
Not my contract would be cancelled and Ive now got to fight to get the deal I was on
I need to raise a complaint at a much hire level
Ive been offered ID Mobile credit
I paid in cash to return my phone to ID Mobile
I want my money back not ID Mobile Credit
I Didn't pay Royal Mail with ID Mobile Credit
Someone needs to get this sorted out ASAP
