need to raise a compliment over mishandled complaint

Hi Community 

 

I need to raise a complaint about the Complaints department make a total mess of my new mobile phone contract that has not be cancelled 

 

Sales are now trying to offer me a deal that is worse than what I was on so not a deal at all 

It serm that nobody at ID Mobile knows what the hell they are doing 

 

The worst customer service Ive ever had from any company Ive known 

I was told my phone would be exchanged for the correct one 

Not my contract would be cancelled and Ive now got to fight to get the deal I was on 

 

I need to raise a complaint at a much hire level 

Ive been offered ID Mobile credit 

I paid in cash to return my phone to ID Mobile 

I want my money back not ID Mobile Credit 

I Didn't pay Royal Mail with ID Mobile Credit 

 

Someone needs to get this sorted out ASAP

Has it been 8-weeks or longer since you lodged your complaint with iD, ​@Chris 1972

Have you received a deadlock communication from iD?

In either case, the next step would be to take the complaint about iD Mobile to the Communications Ombudsman.

Ive been on the phone to complaints this morning 

It was a simple mistake made by a simple person in the warehouse who shipped out the wrong colour phone 

It should have been replaced but no my contract has been cancelled 

Me and my wife upgraded to the new S25 Ultra's on the same phone call 

 

She is happy with hers 

Free Samsung Chrome Book 

S25 256Gb 

£36.99 per Month unlimited calls, texts and data 

 

Ive now been offer a 

S25 Ultra 256gb 

£39.99 Per Month 

Unlimited call and texts and 10Gb of data 

 

How is this the same ??????

 

ID mobile are the worse Ive never been let down and lied to over and over again 

Web chat staff are poorly trained dont know what they are telling you, dont understand the issue you are tell them 

Customer Complains dont give a ...…

My old contract ends in November I cannot wait 

Such a simple mistake that should have been easy to put right has turned into a mare by poorly trained staff 

 

Thanks for your advice but its getting me know where and Im only 3 weeks in by the time I can take it further my contract will have ended which I think is what the Complaints and Customer service want to happen 

As they are not bothered about ID mobile Customer what so ever

Our Complaints Team are the highest point of contact and they would need to assist you further.

If you are unhappy with the complaint or outcome you can take your complaint further once you have a deadlock letter.
