They transferred my number to someone in Nigeria who is using it to access my online accounts. Their help centre is also based in Africa. During a live chat they shared someone else's personal details with me. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.

Hi ​@MDDD  I understand this must be upsetting to happen to you, but I can assure you, we have not transferred your number to a fraudster knowingly. They will have obtained your information and used it for fraudulent purposes unfortunately.
