One attempt at contact regrading complaint.

This company is truly awful

Complaints line made one attempt to call... thats it. Its like they don't understand people work. Can't provide answers for a failed credit check so why make contact.

Honestly... virgin is the only other company that compares in such poor care for customers. You just couldn't make this up... could not care less... 

Awful company gald I have now cut you off.
