Hi ​@Tyler thanks, it’s not about how to activate live chat now, it’s me having to chase complaints and problems about the service.

Has a complaint previously been raised?

@Natalie W complaint has been raised, I have chased up several times over several days so need everything in writing sent to me in an email please.
