There is a cap or something on my account preventing me from making certain calls.

I also couldn't make calls when I was on holiday

    Hi @Louise Kay,

Thank you for getting in touch with us, you might be calling a chargeable number, and the CAP will need to be raised according.

Please see the below article on how to change the CAP.

    Thanks,

    Hi @ciprianomartinez1565,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

To activate an eSIM, you'll first need the eSIM QR code provided by iD Mobile. Once you have this, follow these steps:

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data
    • Tap Add eSIM
    • Select Use QR Code
    • Scan the QR code provided by iD Mobile
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation
    • Restart your phone once finished

    For Android:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Connections or Network & Internet
    • Tap SIM Manager or Mobile Network
    • Select Add eSIM
    • Choose Scan QR Code
    • Scan the QR code provided by iD Mobile
    • Follow the on-screen instructions
    • Restart your phone once complete

Once activated, your eSIM should connect automatically to the network. If it doesn't, turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then back off.

If you're having trouble activating the eSIM remotely or need a new QR code issued, please contact our Live Chat team for assistance: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

    Regards,
