I've not received my Free Gift, Cashback or Gift Card. What should I do?

If you’re expecting a Free Gift, Cashback, or Gift Card with your Pay Monthly Phone or SIM Only Deal but haven’t received it, here’s what to do next:

If your Free Gift wasn’t included in your delivery, you’ll most likely need to submit a claim. Visit our Claim Your Offer page for instructions on how to claim and Terms & Conditions. If you purchased through a different retailer, check their website for specific claim steps.

If you’ve already submitted your claim, you can visit the manufacturer's redemption page to track it anytime. If you need more help, simply contact the manufacturer. Here’s how:
