Why does it take nearly a week to move number from previous network
Joined ID 28th November moved my number from o2, and yet I have had no service from the 29th November, I have made several calls and yet keep getting guarantees that phone will be up and working by Monday 3rd December, still no service so rang again to be told wait 48 hours! This is not good enough! I have a 14 day cooling off period, so if it's not sorted soon, I will be cancelling my contract, what is the point of paying for a service if you are not receiving one!
