Why does it take nearly a week to move number from previous network


Joined ID 28th November moved my number from o2, and yet I have had no service from the 29th November, I have made several calls and yet keep getting guarantees that phone will be up and working by Monday 3rd December, still no service so rang again to be told wait 48 hours! This is not good enough! I have a 14 day cooling off period, so if it's not sorted soon, I will be cancelling my contract, what is the point of paying for a service if you are not receiving one!

Hi Amanda,

Submitting a PAC code will take around 48 hours for it to complete, unless it's done over a weekend whereby the process will start again on Monday. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused so far and we hope that this is resolved soon.

Please let me know if this is not the case so we can take a further look.

This was done last wednesday, now nearly a week later! And I know it takes 48 hours normally, that is why i'm getting annoyed!
