Activation of Pay Monthly SIM

I'm thinking of buying one of your pay monthly sims
1 month contract (4G)£10.00
  • 300 minutes
  • Unltd texts
  • 10GB data
Why is the SIM pre activated when I buy it when you say it will take 2 to 3 days to reach me by post.
Surely it should only be activated when I put it into my phone and activate it?

Hello @Scorpio,

Just like other networks, all of our SIMs are activated upon dispatch.

This is to save you time having to contact us to manually activate this.

Our SIM cards are not able to be activated once put into the phone.

We'd expect your SIM to be with you within 3 days.

If you have any issues with the delivery, please let us know.

I have just inserted my new sim card and get a “SIM Not Supported” message. I have filled in all the details including PAC code etc.
