Can't use my data!!

I have recently become you customer and finding hard to connect. I can call and text but can't access my data. I have Android Mi A2 and need probably do some changes to my phone setting to be able to use the  internet. Do you have any advice? I have downloaded an app and can see my deal and data I'm already paying for, however can use the whole package... sadly.

Hi @PGully,

Have you tried to change the APN (Access Point Names) settings within the phone? They will need to match our required settings and these can be found here.

Please try and edit your settings and let us know how it goes!
