I can’t find the live access link. I have tried the community to get some answers but a lot of them are getting the same problem as well. Why is this not being resolved - why isn’t there a work about. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Where do I go to get my problem resolved?
I want to switch my plan. I found a plan on a uswitch page which is not on the Id mobile page/app. I want to switch to this plan. Please advise and /or put me in touch with a customer service agent.
