Hi I’ve changed my number and I’ve had confirmation that my number has changed! When I ring people it is my old number so the switch has worked there but not with my texts! According to your switch chart my phone should been working by Tuesday!!

Is it an iPhone you’re using? If so, please ensure the the “My Number” setting matches the number that you’ve ported in. If you try this and it doesn’t fix it, please let us know and we’ll see what else we can try.
