Hi, I just put my sim card into a possibly network locked phone (I have the unlock code) but it asks for a SIM PUK code which I have not received anywhere. Since the live agents are not available where do I actually get it? It is currently rendering my phone useless.

A PUK code would only work for a SIM card that has been locked, usually after entering in the pin incorrectly. We will have our Support Team PM you to get you the PUK code however this will not unlock a locked phone.
