How do I claim the free Apple TV

I upgraded my phone and it has the Apple

TV for a year offer I have had my phone a month and had nothing about Apple TV through how

do I get it?

Hello, not really if I phone them they will have no idea what I am talking about I haven’t had anything from

I have the same issue. I’ve tried all the steps before like signing out of iCloud and logging back in; my iOS is up to date too.

The issue is I can’t see or get the 1 year free membership and I haven’t contacted Apple yet. I thought ID would fix this as it’s part of ID contract.
