i have just signed up and have been charged twice . cant get in contact with anyone

I have been charged twice for the start up of the mobile phone . Can’t get in contact with anyone for a refund

That’s odd.


When you go to your Bank app/Direct Debit section, are you seeing 2 separate Direct Debits or just the 1?


How much has been taken? Is it 2 separate payments, if so, how much for each? or have you been charged a higher amount than usual.



It is two separate card payments both taken on the same day ( day of purchase of new contract ) exact same amount . This was set up amount .

Were you sent two SIM’s?
