I need help with porting my number

Hi there, we are trying to activate a PAC code for my partner’s phone which she needs for her job. We have been through the process a few times but with no luck. Can someone form ID mobile please contact us. The ‘Live’ team all seem to be dead - the button is never open for them to respond! so hopefully one of the ID mobile team here can help us directly. We would be very grateful, thank you

Clicking My Services

Then Keep your number


Enter the PAC code and number here and click submit.
