Hi there, we are trying to activate a PAC code for my partner’s phone which she needs for her job. We have been through the process a few times but with no luck. Can someone form ID mobile please contact us. The ‘Live’ team all seem to be dead - the button is never open for them to respond! so hopefully one of the ID mobile team here can help us directly.
