Incomplete number transfer to iDMobile

I recently bought a new SIM deal from iDMobile and transferred the old number from Tesco Mobile. I can now make calls and use data through the iDMobile SIM, but a received call still goes through to the Tesco Mobile answering service ie. I have no incoming calls on my iD SIM. Why has the service only partially Transferred?

Hi @jturls

 

It sounds as though it’s partially gone through, and that it’s just a matter of time and giving the port some encouragement. Could you do this for us please by powering down your handset and removing the SIM card for 10 minutes please?
