Issues transferring number

I’ve recently got the phone and having issues with the PAC code given by my old network. Was with 02 and they gave me a PAC code, but I’ve received a text saying it’s incorrect. 
Also, I’ve incorrectly been issued a PAC code for my new ID contract which I want to Cancel urgently, however am unable to get hold of anyone. 
Please help!

Hi @Ellabanks02, thanks for getting in touch.

 

I’d first of all recommend contacting o2 to ask about the PAC they gave you and get hold of a new one if it’s still not working. 

 

As for the PAC we sent you, as long as you just don’t use it, nothing will happen and it will expire in 30 days, so I wouldn’t worry about that too much.
