I have a new sim only for my Huawei p20 Pro but the sim will not work (emergency only). No phone number has been sent with the package or with the emails. The phone displays some sort of unlock message when rebooted. I have completed an online unlock form from ee which resulted in saying that the phone was not locked. I can't ring I'd as I have no number to key in. This my first and probably last interaction with ID mobile. How do I cancel a contract that has not started?Â
