Number not transferred how can I process my port?

Received PAC code 3 days ago (Friday)and put Sim in today (Monday).  Number has not transferred and doesn’t recognise PAC when I enter it in.  It says that I have entered the wrong PAC code or mobile number.  I have checked several times and there is no error from me.

Can’t use LiveChat and there is not number to contact for customer service.  What do I do?

Are you doing this via our Switching page or via the iD app/account?


Try registering (if not already done) for an iD account via the website or the app.

Then click My Services and then Keep your number and put in the PAC code and number here.
