PAC Code form not working and number told to call doesn't have anyone who can answer?!

I have filled out the PAC Code form 7(!!!) times and had nothing back!! 

I am now 2 weeks in to my contract and am paying for 2 contracts still! The number provided doesn’t take you anywhere at all and just directs you on here where you still can’t talk to an actual person. 

I know you guys are cheap but you still need to provide the service you’ve promised!

I need this sorted ASAP- it’s not acceptable to have such poor customer service and limited ways to contact.
