Pac code transfer not process want to cancel plan

PAC submitted Friday 28th August.  
No response from ID mobile.

Cant speak with customer service.

Live chat not available.

Hello @Tscul,

If you submitted the PAC code on Friday evening, it’ll usually be picked up Monday to complete for Tuesday.

Monday being a Bank holiday meant they would be delayed a day, thus picked up Tuesday to complete for Wednesday.


Can you confirm that this has now ported over? Try restarting to confirm.
