Phone is asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN?
I’ve just bought a new Sim on ID but when I put it in my phone it is asking for Sim network unlock pin. Where do I find this or who do I retrieve this from?

Hello @Cam1717 ,
It sounds like your handset is locked to a specific network.
You'll need to speak to your old network to request for this to be unlocked.
Once done, you should be able to use our SIM in the handset.
