I have just ported my number from o2 but want to arrange for it to be reversed.

Can't get through to anyone by phone and live chat not available either!

Hi

It all depends how far you have taken the port process...
  1. If you have the PAC code and have not given it to anyone, just simple forget about it nothing will happen, after 30 days the PAC code will expire and you will not port anywhere.
  2. If you have given the PAC code to another provider (ID) and it is still in the process of being ported then you will have to speak to the PAC code provider (o2) as they are the ones that will be porting you over.
  3. If you have already ported over and it has been a few days past the port process then you can now request a PAC code from the current provider (ID) to port back to the old provider (o2)
If the later is the case then you will need to ask customer services for a PAC code to give to the o2 network. PAC codes are free, but a termination fee for closing your plan may apply

Please remember do not cancel or stop any payments on the current ID mobile contract until you have successfully ported back to o2, otherwise your number will be lost forever!

useful numbers:
call ID Mobile for free on 7777 using your iD phone.
Or you can call 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile phone (charges may vary).

good luck
