Porting Issues

Provided my pac code on Wednesday last week and my number appears to work with my new ID mobile however, my original number now works on two networks the other being Plusnet. It means I need two phones now as calls and texts can appear on both !!! Can anybody help please?

There's not much general support that can be provided for this one.

It's sounds like the port may have only partially completed.
