Problem with PAC Number Transfer

I’ve received an automated text saying there’s an issue with the PAC process an that I have to contact customer service. Trouble is the online chat is unavailable. What do I do next ?

Three say that they have received the PAC transfer request .

Finally got through on chat and, hopefully problem fixed, have to wait 24hrs to see if it has been.
