SIM not active

Hi,
I'm a new customer and received the iD Mobile SIM card yesterday by mail at my residential address.

I've inserted the SIM card into my mobile phone but it doesn't seem to be active: it's not registering on any network. I've tried both manual and automatic network scan.

Same issue on another mobile phone.

I have coverage of all the UK mobile networks, including Three network: I've tested it other friends and colleagues' SIM cards.

How can I get my SIM card activated?

Please ignore my previous message.
I've just cancelled the SIM card contacting the Customer Service on the phone because I have found out that Three network doesn't support 2G.
