Sim not working


I move to 1D on a sim only plan, received the sim last week, have put into my phone, and it says insert sim? not sure what to do?

Hi @leisure,

That error message usually suggests that the phone isn't reading a SIM card. Have you ensured that the SIM card has been inserted correctly?

yes it was in the right way, so did live chat and found out that my phone is 2g, so sim no good for the phone, being an old duffer I didn't know that!
