Transaction Number moving

Dear iD Community,

 

I bought my iPhone SE online so do not have a Carphone Warehouse receipt with a Transaction Number. In order to move my previous number into the new phone, I have been asked for this Transaction Number.

Where can I find this if not on the receipt?

Is there another possible way of moving my number across?

    A receipt would usually be included within the outer packaging of the phone but not to worry, you can log into your app to submit the PAC code. Have you been able to register yet?

    We can process your port request manually instead if that doesn’t help. Please contact our Live Chat Team here between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday and we can have this submitted.
