Hiya really concerned only just recently my phone has not been able to recieve or make calls. I am about to go to paris so really need this fixed asap. My contract doesnt say that i have reached my limit either.

We're sorry to hear about this. Are are texts or the data service affected too? it might be best to try your SIM card in another phone as well to see where the issue lies. If it works in another phone then the device could be at fault.
As a first step, try to turn your phone off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on, this will make a fresh connection to the network.
