I moved my daughter from Vodafone to ID mobile - her number went with her. Since moving her over, neither my other daughter or myself (both still with Vodafone) can call her as it states ‘invalid number’

We are sorry to hear about that. It sounds as though there might be an issue with the port. Have Vodafone confirmed that the number has been fully released from their side?

We can use the number if we use WhatsApp, just not from our ‘phone’ contacts?
When I visited the Vodafone shop, they were unable to help.
