What is my mobile number?

So I've recently moved to the Netherlands, but before I left the UK, I set up a new sim only deal with ID (needing a much cheaper deal as I'm now a student!).

Once I arrived, I have put the sim into my phone and it seems to be working okay, except that it does not show me my new phone number yet.

I have a PAC code from my old provider, so I'm looking to get the numbers switched over soon. But I need my new phone number in order to do this. Is there any way I can find out what it is? Will there have been an issue with setup as I am abroad?

Hello @bigskit09,

I've renamed your topic to be more clearer of the issue.

You can find the number on the packet the SIM was sent in.
This may also be on your email(s) sent from us (not the order confirmation).

If you can't find it this way, another easy way to get the number is to try calling a friend or family and getting them to confirm the number that shows.

If neither of these are possible, then you would need to contact us directly for us to provide you with the number.

If you email us on communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk we'll be able to provide this to you.
