When I transferred onto ID from my old network I used the online form to transfer over my old number. when doing this however, I must have accidentally mistyped a digit and so the number transferred is incorrect. I contacted someone using the live chat who said they would sort it out however it has been a month now and nothing has happened. How do I go about amending this?

We are sorry to hear about that. The number you currently have with us may just be the temporary number which we give to all contracts.
