I’m trying to switch my current number to ID mobile. I’ve received my PAC code and filling in everything correctly that the website tells me I need to but it’s just saying all fields mandatory??? Any ideas?

If you pasted the PAC in, try typing it manually instead. Same goes for all forms. Watch out for any rogue spaces at the start and/or end of each field, too.
Try clearing your browser’s cache, and if that fails, try with a different device or browser.
If you’re still having no joy, just reply to this post and we’ll get it sorted for you.
