answer machine pin

I've read various people having this same issue. I recently moved from ee to id mobile and so trying to set up answering machine.  It says to enter a pin tried all my memorable dates, codes, pins all not acceptable,  tried 0000, 000000, 123456789, 987654321, and lots of other obscure combinations including complete random selection and all unacceptable

You need to enter a pin followed by the pound key (#).

FYI - I still got an error, but I found entering a pin followed by the pound key as quickly as possible resulted in my pin being successfully saved.

I did use the hash key after each attempt as instructed in the guide.
