Anyone else's app not opening? I've deleted, reinstalled but will not open. Just freezes

Mine has refused to acknowledge me sonce they updated the app, doesn't recognise my name, number or date of birth or combination of all 3.
Customer support is non existant now looking for a new reliable provider

Not anymore as I am no longer an iD customer due the the abysmal customer service and lack of interest by iD.
This is the shoddiest company I have had the misfortune to get involved with.
Just hope for a why are you leaving survey lol

Thank you, the integrity of this group was never in question.
My decision to go elsewhere was purely down to the unprofessional and abysmal conduct of iD.
Oh and to make matters worse it took over two hours of "customer service live chat" just to confirm that my old account was closed. This is something that should really have taken five minutes.
Not sorry to have left, only sorry it took me so long
