Apple TV Link not working


Hi

When I click the Apple TV free trial link in the email I received, it takes me to a separate page to redeem it. When I click the Redeem button, nothing happens - it doesn’t load up anything for me to actually sign up to the trial. Is there any other way of accessing the link/trial?

Hi - I am also having this problem. When I click on my welcome offer link, I just get the attached webpage and can’t do anything. Please help!

I am also having the same problem. It says the deal is valid until 03/03/2025 but I keep getting UID missing.
