Apple TV Link not working

Hi

When I click the Apple TV free trial link in the email I received, it takes me to a separate page to redeem it. When I click the Redeem button, nothing happens - it doesn’t load up anything for me to actually sign up to the trial. Clicking the banners in my order confirmation email doesn’t work either - please can you advise how I can access this trial?
