I am trying to switch to ID from BT mobile. Every time I hit the submit button I am given a message that says: 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. 
If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

 

I have checked the information I have countless times and know it is correct. I do not understand why this is being rejected when I try to switch? 

Do ID mobile even want my business?!

Thank you. Unfortunately the agent was unable to help. I have obtained a new PAC code and attempted to switch but have been shown the same error message.
