Can I still move my number to iD if I didn't initially request this?

I have joined iD but did not request to keep my number as I wanted to make sure everything worked OK before I made that leap. Now, when I log in I can’t see any option to bring my old number. Is this still possible or does it have to be done as soon as I you join???
