Hi, my phone number was meant to switch from my old phone and network provider to iD mobile on my new iPhone 15 on 17th July 10pm. But the number has not switched and I cannot access my number on either phone.
I have tried to manually reset the network settings and change my phone number through iPhone Settings but it hasn’t worked.
My new phone is an IPhone 15 iOS 18.5, and I opted to use an eSIM.
