It just keeps ringing indefinitely. The service is enabled.

I dialled 123 from my mobile. Maybe I should add that my mobile is a Samsung A310 and I can manage my ID account only via your website, as apparently the phone is too old to be able to run your app.

Okay, are you able to try calling the following number for voicemail to see if this helps?

Dialling the number in full has exactly the same effect as dialling just 123 - in other words, it keeps showing “dialling” indefinitely and eventually cuts off. (By the way, this is my first time trying to access voicemail since I joined ID Mobile, so as far as I know it has never worked.)
