You can also switch by contacting iD customer support using their online Live Chat service, @Eleanor Shepherd.

An iD advisor can process your PAC without the transaction ID.

The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - the iD chat-bot works 24/7.

Tell the chat-bot you want to “talk to a person”.
